世界华人华侨人机交互协会（英文名International Chinese Association of Computer Human Interaction，简称“ICACHI”） 于2012年5月10日在美国Austin（ACM CHI2012国际会议期间）成立。理事会由27名来自于本研究领域（Human Computer Interaction：人机交互）且活跃在世界各地的海外华人华侨代表组成（包括两名监事）。 本会目标和定位（或协会宗旨，见图）：促进会员发展，提升会员在所在国及世界的地位，通过研究人机交互为人类做出自己应有的贡献。协会对内、对外是一个开发放和透明的纯学术团体。本协会是第一个由华人华侨创立的横跨世界、超越地域和地区的纯专业性（人机交互）科技团体组织。

将于2017年6月8-9日在中国广州举办的Chinese CHI大会（http://chchi2017.icachi.org）很高兴的宣布将组织第一次的人机交互视频大赛。该视频大赛旨在为学生、研究者和从业者提供一个分享人机交互相关创意创新的平台。被接收的视频作品将会在大会期间上映和展播，并将在各种社交和视频分享平台上进行宣传。我们还会在大会上为评委和观众选出的获奖作品举办一个颁奖典礼。

Chinese CHI 2017 (http://chchi2017.icachi.org) is pleased to announce the first HCI Video Competition as an integrated part of its technical program (June 8-9, 2017 in Guangzhou, China). The Video Competition will serve as a platform forstudents, researchers, and practitioners to share exciting and innovated ideasof Human-Computer Interaction. The accepted submissions will be presented throughout the Chinese CHI 2017 conference and made accessible on YouTube andother selected social media. An award ceremony for juried best videos andaudience’s choice videos will be held during the conference.

今年视频大赛的主题是人机交互生态。我们欢迎（但不局限于）以下几个领域相关的作品：

物联网、智慧城市、智能家居等

机器人、人工智能和人类智能的交互等

社交和人群计算，例如社交媒体、社交网络、众包和众筹等

虚拟现实、增强现实、游戏等

This year’s theme is Ecological HCI. We welcomevideo submissions related but not limited to the following topics under this theme:

Internet of Things, smart city, smart home, etc

Human-Robot Interaction, machine intelligence and human intelligence     argumentation

Social and Crowd Computing, e.g., social media, social network,     crowdsourcing, crowdfunding, etc

VR, AR, and game

Submission Guideline

All the submissions of video competition should go through Easychair: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=chinesechi2017

Besides basic information (title, authors, affiliation, contact), the submission should include

A url (web link) to download the video

A short introduction of the submission (up to 300 words)

作品提交要求

提交的视频作品必须与人机交互相关

短视频不超过1分钟，长视频为2-5分钟

视频作品必须有英文配音或提供英文字幕，以保证观众的覆盖面

视频文件必须采用市面上通用的格式，比如mp4

视频作品中不能包含任何违规内容，也不能用于产品的市场宣传

作者必须保证拥有所有素材（图片、视频、音乐、音效等）的版权或使用授权

Chinese CHI大会持有对视频作品进行重新编码和发布的权利

Submission Requirement

The video submission must be relevant to HCI and the given theme

Short video submission is up to 1 min and long video submission is 2-5 min

The video submission must be narrated and/or subtitled in English to     ensure comprehensibility of a wide audience

The video submission needs to be in widely accepted encoding format, such as mp4

The video submission must not contain offensive information and must not be used to promote commercial products

The authors must hold the copyright or obtain explicit written permission from copyright owners of all the materials used in the videos, such as images, video clips, sounds, and music

The Chinese CHI conference reserves the right to recode and distribute videos online
